Controversy
In early 1996 currently detained terrorist Khalid Sheikh Mohammed fled to Pakistan to avoid capture by U.S. authorities.[1] In his flight from Qatar he was helped by Sh. Abdullah, who was the Qatari Minister of Religious Affairs in 1996.[2][3][4][5][6]
